3. Are your services covered by provincial health plans?

No. Elevate services are offered on a private-pay basis and are not covered under provincial health plans.

4. Do you offer these services to both men and women?

Fees & Private Payment

1. Why are your services private-pay?

Our services are offered outside of provincial coverage. Private-pay allows patients to access specialized, appointment-based services directly.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted payment methods are provided during booking confirmation.

3. Do you offer packages or treatment series pricing?

Some services may be offered in series or packages depending on the recommended plan. We’ll confirm options during booking.

4. Do you bill insurance?

We do not bill provincial insurance plans. If you have private insurance, you can check directly with your insurer regarding reimbursement eligibility.

Pelvic Health (EMSELLA)

1. What is EMSELLA?

EMSELLA is a chair-based, non-invasive service that uses HIFEM (High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic) technology designed to stimulate the pelvic floor muscles while you remain fully clothed.

2. What is EMSELLA commonly used for?

EMSELLA is used in the context of urinary incontinence and pelvic floor strengthening. Your clinician will confirm whether it is appropriate for your situation.

3. Is there downtime after EMSELLA?

No downtime for most patients, and many resume normal activities immediately. Individual experiences may vary.

4. How long is an EMSELLA session?

Approximately 30-minute sessions. Your clinic will confirm the session protocol.

5. How many EMSELLA sessions are typical?

A series of six sessions, often twice weekly. Your clinician will confirm the plan for you.

6. What results can I expect?

Outcomes vary. Clinical study results showing improvements and satisfaction in a large proportion of treated patients, but individual results depend on many factors. We will discuss realistic expectations during your visit.

7. Is EMSELLA painful?

Emsella is described as non-invasive and generally well tolerated. Sensation varies, and your clinician can adjust settings for comfort.

Mental Wellness (ExoMind)

1. What is ExoMind?

ExoMind is a non-invasive, clinic-based therapy that uses TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation)-based technology designed to stimulate key brain areas to support mental wellbeing, including for individuals experiencing depressive symptoms, where appropriate.

2. What is ExoTMS technology?

ExoTMS is a patented technology intended to stimulate targeted brain regions with a focus on patient comfort.

3. Is ExoMind “drug-free”?

ExoMind is a non-pharmacological approach meaning drug-free. If you are taking medications or receiving other treatment, we recommend discussing this during intake.

4. How long is an ExoMind session?

Approximately 30 minutes. Your clinic will confirm session length and scheduling.

5. What does ExoMind feel like?

Patients commonly describe TMS-based treatments as a tapping sensation. Comfort can vary person-to-person, and sessions are designed to be tolerable and controlled.

6. Is ExoMind FDA-cleared?

ExoMind is FDA-cleared in the United States for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) in adult patients. Health Canada status and clinical use in Canada may differ. At Elevate, ExoMind is provided as a private-pay, non-invasive wellness service under physician oversight.

7. How many sessions will I need?

Treatment planning is individualized. We will confirm recommendations after understanding your needs and goals.

8. Is ExoMind a crisis service?

No. ExoMind is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in immediate distress or at risk of harm, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency.
